In line with CLRI Mission the Human Resource Department provide leadership in the attraction, development, and retention of a diverse, well-qualified and professional workforce, that reflects the high standards of Community Living of Rhode Island, Incorporated, “CLRI” through the development and implementation of sound workforce systems. We at CLRI provides a full-range of human resources services including recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits administration, employee safety services, labor relations, employees relation committee ERC and training.
