Our Mission

Community Living of Rhode Island recognizes the important needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities, their parents and family members. We build our strength of supports around individual’s strengths and interests which enables them to develop skills that are functional and meaningful in everyday life. 

Our Vision

We envision a Rhode Island where all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities have the opportunity to live, work, and participate fully in their communities with dignity, respect, and the support they need to achieve their personal goals.

Our Team 

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently in their communities, supported by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Our History 

Community Living of Rhode Island was founded in 2001 to provide person-centered supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Rhode Island. Since our founding, we have grown to become one of Rhode Island’s leading providers of disability services.
