Employment First Initiatives 

Competitive Integrated Employment

Our Employment First approach prioritizes competitive integrated employment as the preferred outcome for adults with disabilities. We provide comprehensive support to help individuals achieve their career goals and economic independence.

CLRI Employment Club 

Job Search Support & Networking

The CLRI Employment Club provides ongoing support for job seekers with disabilities, offering resources, training, and peer support throughout the employment process. 

Employment Club Benefits:

  • Resume writing and interview practice 
  • Networking opportunities with employers

Integrated Employment Services

Best place I have seen hands down!! They truly care for their residents as well as their staff. They make sure residents are engaged in the community by doing all different types of activities. They are treated with such love and respect. I would highly recommend Community Living of Rhode Island to a loved one or anyone adult with disabilities.
